All orders are processed within 1–2 days, Monday–Sunday.

The estimated transit time is 3–5 days. We deliver Monday–Sunday for orders within the US. Currently, we do not offer shipping outside the US. We offer FREE shipping on all orders!

The estimated delivery time is 4–7 days for orders within the US.
Do I get a tracking number with my order?
Yes! Your post-purchase email includes your order tracking number and a link to our tracking tool. Simply copy the tracking number from your confirmation email and paste it into the tracking tab — your tracking information will be available immediately. All items are carefully packaged to prevent any form of damage during transit.
What method will be used to ship my item?

Who will deliver my order?
FedEx is our primary carrier. However, UPS, USPS, or another available courier may be used depending on your delivery location.
I've changed my mind. How can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped, for a full refund. Simply email us at support@vellorre.com within that window. My order arrived damaged or it's missing. What do I do?
If you receive a broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it to us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will issue you a replacement or a full refund. If you choose to return the item, we will cover all return shipping costs. If your tracking shows the order as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend contacting your local carrier to confirm delivery. For return inquiries, email support@vellorre.com. I ordered several items — why did they arrive in multiple shipments?
We always aim to ship your order in a single shipment. However, on occasion we may need to split an order due to product availability, items shipping directly from a vendor, or the size of a large order. When we split an order into multiple shipments, you are never charged any additional cost.
I received the wrong item. What do I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please let us know as soon as possible and we will send you the correct product along with a prepaid return shipping label so you can return the wrong item at no cost to you. When will my credit card be charged?
