Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us at support@vellorre.com within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a full refund. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described.
Sale or discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned for store credit or refunded to the original form of payment. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact. For return inquiries, email support@vellorre.com. Our customer support team strives to respond to all inquiries within 12 hours during regular business hours, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. For refund inquiries, email support@vellorre.com.
Reserved Rights Regarding Refunds
Once a return is initiated, your items have 14 days to arrive at our warehouse. If your items do not arrive within that time frame, we reserve the right to refuse the return. We also reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our Return Policy conditions, such as items that have been used, altered, laundered, damaged, or are missing parts. Cases of suspected abuse or fraud will be handled accordingly.
My Order Arrived Damaged or It's Missing
If you receive a broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it to us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will issue you a replacement or a full refund. If you choose to return the item, we will cover all return shipping costs.
If your order appears to be missing but your tracking information shows it as delivered, we recommend contacting your local carrier to confirm delivery. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or canceled.
